So as I'm sure you all know that tomorrow, Sunday 11/6, is National Nacho Day. I realize this is a very Americacentric holiday, but in much the same way that I am still having a Guy Fawkes Day party today and don't live in England I feel you can still enjoy it as well even if you don't live in the United States. What you can also enjoy is that at Noon EST tomorrow I'll be hosting a little live streaming Q&A on this here Kickstarter website, specifically at:

I’ve eaten a lot of bad nachos in my day in restaurants, and even more bad nachos in portable or make at home versions. The latter are never great, but today I wish that I had another batch of Lunchables Uploaded Nacho Walking Taco. Why would I wish that today? It’s because I had the chance, nay, misfortune, to sample Armour Lunchmakers Nachos. I mean just look at this garbage.

As I’m sure I have mentioned on a hundred previous occasions “Buffalo” is possibly the greatest flavor that can be combined with nachos, especially via the medium of chicken. This is not to say that other edibles can’t be “buffaloed” (as in “made buffalo flavored” not as in “to confuse”), such as the tasty buffalo buffalo I have made before in my kitchen, but rarely are combinations like this seen in restaurants out in the wild though. Every once and awhile though you will come across something out of the ordinary that has been given the buffalo treatment, such as buffalo shrimp, and when faced with unicorns like these you simply must give them a try.
