Man, 2025’s “Beast of War” is an odd one. Is it a Australian WWII movie? Sure. Is it a killer shark movie? Definitely. But is it more a shrieking banshee shark picking off soldiers in a liminal hellscape that also features samurai swords? That’s certainly the closest.
